Kaiser Permanente retail store extending its hours

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Kaiser Permanente is working overtime to help Valley residents meet a critical health care deadline.

The hospital's retail store at Shaw and Brawley in Fresno will have extended hours this weekend for those who need to enroll for health coverage before January 31st.

The Shop KP store will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday, Saturday And Sunday.

No appointments are needed. Those planning to enroll, make sure to bring

- Recent pay stub and tax return

- Birth dates and social security numbers

- Citizen or immigration status information

- Policy numbers and information for current health insurance
