Man shoots wife in Northeast Fresno, police say

A woman is in critical condition after being shot by her husband Friday night outside a northeast Fresno home.

Fresno police responded to the scene around 8 p.m. near Bullard and Millbrook Avenues. Authorities say a 60-year-old man shot his wife after a domestic argument. The woman was transported to Community Regional Medical Center where she is listed in critical condition.

Police arrested the suspect.
