South Valley man being called a hero after saving puppy

VISALIA, Calif. (KFSN) -- One of our ABC30 Insiders in the South Valley is being called a hero.

A picture was shared with us of Visalia Fire Department inspector Daniel Noe with a little pup he found inside a dumpster.

Noe was working at an apartment complex when he heard the little girl crying. She was buried under boxes and debris but now she will have a forever home.
