A simple white fudge you can make yourself that's perfect for Oscar Sunday!

Pistachio and Baileys Irish Cream White Fudge

Ingredients

  • 18 oz White Chocolate Chips (1 1/2 bags)
  • 7 oz sweetened condensed milk (1/2 a can)
  • 1/4 cup Irish Cream Liquor
  • 1/4-1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped

Directions

  1. Line a 8x6 baking dish with foil or Saran wrap and coat lightly with cooking spray.
  2. Over medium heat, combine the white chocolate chips, condensed milk & Irish cream until the chocolate melts, making sure to continuously stir.
  3. Once the chocolate is melted stir in chopped pistachios. Pour into prepared baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the top with pistachio dusting (leftovers from chopping) and chopped cranberries.
  5. Let cool completely to set, approximately 3 hours. Remove the fudge and cut into small squares.
  6. Store in airtight containers and share the love.
