VISALIA, Calif. (KFSN) -- In about a month you'll be able to see a young man from Visalia act alongside Jennifer Aniston and other Hollywood A-listers in the movie Mother's Day.

Nine-year-old Caleb Brown started acting in Tulare County Office of Education plays before he started traveling to Hollywood for auditions. He's been in several commercials and has more TV projects lined up. In Mother's Day, directed by Garry Marshall, he plays Aniston's son. Caleb credits his supportive family and his ability to focus for what he's accomplished so far.

"When you're doing acting, don't act at all," he said. "Just keep it real and each time I go into an audition, I always think just don't worry about it because you're not going to get the job anyway."

But he's gotten jobs, and now he wants to land a lead role in a movie or be a regular in a TV series.

And although Hollywood is where he spends most of his time now, he says he'll always call the Central Valley home.

"My whole family is spread out through all Visalia, like my Nina is right over there, literally like it's walking distance, and if my family's here then I call it home," Brown said.

Caleb also shot a part in an ABC comedy sitcom this week.
