A comfortable way to dress is light layers. The first layer should be a wicking material close to your skin to draw the moisture away from you.
The second layer should be a light windbreaker to protect you from the elements.
When the pollen is too high, you might want to bring your workout indoors. Maybe try a fun class like Zumba, Spin or TRX class; something different to add variety to your workout. It could be a fun and great way to stay consistent!
