Police looking for more info about hit-and-run in South Fresno that injured a motorcyclist

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Fresno police are trying to gather more information about what appears to be a hit-and-run crash overnight in South Fresno.

Witnesses tell Action News 21-year-old Tyler Vitullo was leaving the industrial area when someone in a Mercedes-Benz hit him. In cell phone video taken around Central and Highway 99 you can see sparks flying from the bike. The car's driver then sped off.

Vitullo suffered a broken ankle, foot, and toe.

The crash totaled his bike.
