FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Vintage Days kicks off on Friday at Fresno State

The three-day event is the largest student-planned celebration of the year. It's estimated 50,000 people will visit the school at some point through Sunday to enjoy the crafts faire, music, carnival, arts and crafts area and, of course, the food.

Parking and admission are free.

National Parks Week

For one week beginning Saturday, guests can visit any national park for free. It's a way to celebrate national park week. Through April 24, the entry fees will be waived, however camping fees and all other fees will still be applicable.

Walk-and-Roll

Walk-and-Roll to help United Cerebral Palsy Central California raise funds and awareness for the programs they offer. It's also an event to celebrate the children and families who have attended or who are attending one of these programs.

Students and their friends will walk, roll and stroll at the Hanford high school stadium Saturday morning. Registration begins at 9 a.m. and the walk is at 10 a.m.

Beer and Brats event

Also on Saturday, the Valley Animal Center is hosting its third annual Beer and Brats event.

Attendees can enjoy beer and brats provided by House of Pendragon brewing company with all proceeds benefit the center.

"We have so much support from members of the community like House of Pendragon or Willow Gardens who are all donating their product or space," Nina Tonnu with the animal center said. "It'll be fun music and a great silent auction."

The center is the largest no-kill animal shelter in the San Joaquin Valley. The events is this Saturday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tickets are $20.

Fresno Mini-Maker Faire

Enjoy a showcase of invention, creativity and resourcefulness at the Fresno Mini-Maker Faire. The event is now in its third year. There you can see what dozens of others are working on and there will also be food, beverages and live entertainment.

People of all ages are welcome to come to attend from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. It's all happening at Chukchansi Park during Sunday's Fresno Grizzlies Game. Bring something you made out of cardboard to get in FREE!
