Fresno State dismisses basketball player Torren Jones

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- In January, campus police cited Jones for possession of marijuana and Xanax without a prescription. Court records show he is now in a recovery program.

Jones was dismissed from the team on Friday for a violation of team rules. The Fresno State junior was previously dismissed from the University of Missouri's team after his freshman year.
