FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) --A breastfeeding room is now available to students and staff at Fresno High School.
The school, along with First 5 Fresno County, celebrated the grand opening Friday morning.
The room was funded through the group's Breastfeeding-Friendly-Spaces mini-grant program.
The grant is designed to help retrofit an existing space where mothers can express breast milk or breastfeed their babies.
It's the same grant that has helped open breastfeeding rooms at several other places in the area, like Gong's Market in Sanger, Fresno City Hall and Fresno State.
