Fire damages home in Southwest Fresno

Fire officials are investigating a fire that sparked last night in Southwest Fresno.

Crews arrived on scene just before ten o'clock near Eunice and Church.

Firefighters say the attic of a home was engulfed in flames, but the bars on the windows slowed them down.

One person was inside but was rushed out. No one was hurt. The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
