Man who drowned at Reedley Beach identified

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- We now know the identity of the young man who drowned Saturday near Reedley Beach.

Police say 21-year-old Erik Tolentino was swimming at Cricket Hollow Park about 5:30 p.m. when his friends say the current swept him away.

Crews found Tolentino a little while later and they took him to the hospital, but it was too late to save him.
