Man arrested for death of 2-year-old Corcoran child

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Police arrested a man in Fresno Friday for the death of a 2-year-old foster child from Corcoran.

They arrested the child's foster father, Henry Moreno, at a home on Olive and Willow Avenues.

This after several months of investigation surrounding the child's death back in February when Corcoran Police responded to a house near dairy on Sherman Avenues regarding an unresponsive toddler.

The toddler was taken to the hospital where she died.

Medical examiners later determined she died as a result of blunt force trauma that did not appear to be accidental.
