FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) --In Merced County, the Board of Supervisor's Race in District 1 has been neck and neck most of Tuesday night.
As of 11 p.m., Livingston mayor Rodrigo Espinoza has 55 percent while incumbent John Pedrozo has 45 percent.
"I'm hoping that we can bring in jobs and that can bring in revenue," Espinoza said. "There's a lot of businesses that are closed."
Espinoza says he plans on using the momentum from this upset to tackle several issues, including raising revenue in the county and improving the safety of families.
