Fresno Police are working to find the lone gunman who walked up to a Fresno house Monday morning and opened fire.

Investigators say dozens of people were drinking and celebrating at a graduation party in southeast Fresno when gunfire broke outside striking four teenagers.

Officers say the gunman fired 13 rounds into a closed garage. Detectives are still trying to track down the suspect who they believe is a gang member.

Beer cans and bullets were all that was left from a house party that ended in a spray of gunfire.

Officers say dozens of people were still having a good time when the graduation party was suddenly interrupted.

"The garage door was closed," Fresno Police Chief Jerry Dyer said. "This lone gunman fired multiple rounds through that garage door striking four individuals inside as well as a dog."

The youngest hit a 14-year-old teenage boy. A 16-year-old was struck in the chest, arm and leg. Two 19-year-olds also suffered non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.

Officers interviewed more than 20 people by midday, trying to find out if a prior problem in the evening provoked the early morning shooting.

"What we do know is no calls came into the police department during the course of the night regarding a loud party or a disturbance or anything of that nature," Dyer explained.

Police were notified immediately of the rapid gunfire by the departments Shot Spotter technology. It directed them right to the el monte way address before any calls to 911 were ever made.

Officers say there was a large amount of alcohol being consumed at the party and officers say beer pong was being played in the garage.
