You may get bored doing the same workout every day. When you do the same activity all the time for six to eight weeks, your muscles adapt and you burn fewer calories and build less muscle.
Create three different workouts and write them down. Do each workout for three weeks and at the end of three weeks, change to the next workout. You will enjoy the change.
There are all types of routines, such as interval training and strength training.
Interval training involves increasing your pace for two to three minutes, then slowing down for two to three minutes, then repeat.
Strength training, that includes a burst of cardio such as the treadmill or elliptical for three to five minutes, will burn more calories
