Fresno police issue silver alert for missing at-risk man
A silver alert has been issued by the California Highway Patrol across Fresno and neighboring counties to help find 56-year-old Sopheak Kim.

FRESNO,Calif. (KFSN) -- Police in Fresno were looking for an at-risk missing man who walked away from his home but has since been found.

A silver alert was issued by the California Highway Patrol across Fresno and neighboring counties to help find 56-year-old Sopheak Kim.

He was last seen Tuesday afternoon near a canal bank in Southeast Fresno in the area of Tulare Street and Argyle Avenue.

They said Kim suffers from severe dementia and heart problems and does not speak any English.

According to authorities, Kim was found in good condition, but was taken to the hospital by American Ambulance as a precaution. The family arrived at the scene and went with Kim to the hospital.
