Police investigating pile up crash in Fresno
Police say a man in an SUV was driving down Bullard when he started veering off the road and that's when he hit a woman in her car.

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Fresno Police are trying to find out the cause of four car pile-up that left one woman pinned in her car.

The accident happened on Bullard and West Avenues Sunday.

Police say a man in an SUV was driving down Bullard when he started veering off the road and that's when he hit a woman in her car.

That woman was then pushed into a car in front of her pinning her inside.

Police say the man in the SUV then tried to move his car again and ended up hitting a fourth car.

They say they thought the man might have been under the influence, but he passed all field sobriety tests.

"I know it's not alcohol and or drugs, maybe inattention," Lt. Dave Ramos with the Fresno Police Department said. "Could be a lot of different things so we'll be doing a follow up to find out."

Police say four people were hurt and two went to the hospital.

None of them suffered major injuries.
