Chef Shayna from The Young Chef's Academy shows us a salad and dessert with very patriotic flare.
Red, White, & blue Caprese Salad:
Mix all ingredients in a large serving bowl. Toss with olive oil & balsamic to coat along with salt and pepper to taste.

Pudding mix:
For the parfaits:
Fill bottom of the jar with 2 TB cubed cake. Drizzle with pudding mix and sprinkle with strawberries and blueberries. Repeat the layering process, finishing with the berries on top & possibly a dollop of whipped cream to garnish.
