FRESNO, Calif. -- A Guinness World Record holder showed his strength to North Valley students by ripping a phone book in half and breaking a baseball bat over his knee.

Jon Pritikin was at Peterson Elementary School Wednesday morning as part of the Summer Academy for Academic Achievement.

During his visit, he even showcased the feat that made him a record holder: by rolling frying pans together with his bare hands.

Pritikin also shared with kids how bullying impacted him and how encouragement from a teacher changed his life.
