Summer camp for kids who love animals
Through games, art projects, and special guest appearances, campers find out how they can make a difference and help homeless pets in our community

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Throughout the summer Valley Animal Center is offering full day, week long summer camp sessions through August.

Campers week will learn about animals in exotic locales, including the jungle, desert, and more! This will also learn the process of taking in and caring for shelter pets this week.

Through games, art projects, and special guest appearances, campers find out how they can make a difference and help homeless pets in our community -- as well as the importance of spaying, neutering, and adopting.

The Valley Animal Center is one of the largest no kill dog and cat animal adoption centers in the Valley, and it's run strictly on donations.

Throughout the summer Valley Animal Center is offering full day, week long summer camp sessions through August.

The full day, week-long camps run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. The registration fees are $175 per camper per camp, or $150 for current registered Valley Animal Center volunteers per camp.
