Berry Galette:

1 9inch circle Pie dough

2 cups chopped fruit: strawberries & blueberries
1 TB flour
1 Egg
Sugar for sprinkling

On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, roll out pie crust. Spread flour on crust leaving 1.5 inch border around edge. Layer on mixed fruit. Fold in edges of pie dough to create a border. Beth a pastry brush or fingers, brush egg wash along the pie dough. Sprinkle sugar over top.

Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes until golden.

Strawberry Basil Margarita
1 can frozen limeade concentrate
10 strawberries
8 basil leaves

2 1/2 cup tequila

In a large pitcher mix in 1 can limeade along with 2 cans full of water. Add in tequila and stir. Slice strawberries and in a large pitcher mix in 1 can limeade along with 2 cans full of water. Add in tequila and stir.

Slice strawberries and add to the pitcher. Crumble basil leaves between fingers to release the flavor and add to the picture. Stir and let sit in fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
