Fresno Police looking for man who robbed thrift store in Central Fresno
It happened just before 10:00 a.m. at the Disabled American Veteran Thrift Store on First and McKinley.

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Police are looking for a suspect in the armed robbery of a thrift store in Central Fresno. It happened just before 10:00 a.m. at the Disabled American Veteran Thrift Store on First and McKinley.

Police said the suspect pointed a handgun at a clerk and demanded money. He took about $200 from a cash register and walked out.

Witnesses said he got into a newer model silver SUV and drove away. They described the vehicle as a 2005-2010 year model, possibly a Jeep Cherokee.
