Another fire sparked near Hwy's 99 and 180

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Detectives are still investigating eight grass fires that sparked Wednesday in Fresno and now a new one sparked up in the same area.

It happened near Highway 99 and Highway 180.

One of the homeowners nearby contacted Action News when he saw the flames. His property was very close to the fires that broke out along the 99 freeway Wednesday night.

Investigators at the scene said there was a suspicious person in the area when this most recent fire flared up.
