FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Dozens of people wined and dined Saturday night in support of a good cause.

It was all part of the Pulling Strings fundraiser for UCP of Central California, which works with patients of cerebral palsy.

Attendees enjoyed food and wine and also got the chance to take part in a silent auction with works created by students.

"And that's a nice piece to our program that they actually get paid," UCP Executive Director Roger Slingerman said. "The art has a price and money goes back to the students. So, this is part time job part time work for our students and there's a purpose behind it."

ABC30 is a proud sponsor of the event.
