Clovis Police surprise 10-year-old theft victim with new bike

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A 10-year-old boy is promising to pay it forward after the Clovis Police Department got him a big surprise.

Officers say the boy's bike was stolen last week while participating in a bike rodeo at Clark Intermediate School.

Clovis Police officers looked for the bike during their patrols but weren't able to find it.

So on Saturday, they presented him with a brand-new, donated bike.

Officer Alexander even made sure he got a helmet as well.
