Fresno Police are trying to find out who fired shots into a home, hitting one member of a family inside.

The shooting happened just after one o'clock Friday morning near Belmont Avenue and Bond Street. Police found out about it using their "shot spotter" technology. Not long after, someone called 9-1-1 and reported the shooting.

Detectives say a 24-year-old woman sleeping inside the home was shot in the arm. She was rushed to the hospital where she's recovering.

No one else was hurt. At this time, there are no suspects and police are trying to find a motive.
