Fresno County Sheriff's office looking for man accused of arson and elder abuse

FRESNO COUNTY (KFSN) -- Sheriff's deputies are looking for a man accused of elder abuse and arson.

Investigators said 58-year-old Tom Rouse set his Friant home on fire over the weekend on Sunday. Then on Monday-- he tried to do the same to his mother's house down the street.

In an unrelated case, he is wanted for felony charges of elder abuse and death threats.

Rouse was last seen riding a blue bicycle near the food-4-less store at Chestnut and Shepherd in Fresno.

If you see him call 911 as he should be considered dangerous.
