Chef Shayna has a way to help cool you down this weekend using fresh fruit from the Valley.

Ingredients
  • 2 packets Sambazon Acai mix
  • 1/4 cup liquid- coconut milk, or juice
  • 1 frozen banana
  • Optional: Add a handful of green veggies like spinach or kale)

DIRECTIONS:
  • Blend all ingredients together. Make sure to run the blender a few moments longer to get a smoothie consistency.

  • Pour mixture into a bowl.

Toppings suggestions:
Granola
Shredded coconut

Fruit: blueberries, strawberries, sliced peaches, banana, kiwi, mango Dried fruit

Seeds: sunflower, pumpkin, or chia seeds Honey

Nuts: sliced almonds, crushed cashews, walnuts, or pecans Goji berries
