15-year-old stabbed in Hanford, 1 arrested, 1 wanted

HANFORD, Calif. (KFSN) -- Police said the teen was found in a pool of blood with cuts to his throat and face.

A 15-year-old was found stabbed several times in the throat and face just before 10 p.m. Saturday night at the 600 block of East Malone in Hanford. A second victim, Roger Silva, was found at the 1200 block of Brown Street.

Silva was treated and released from the hospital. But now Hanford police are looking for him. They believe he is one of the primary aggressors, and is now facing assault with a deadly weapon and attempted homicide charges.

Police said the 15-year-old's left eye was cut. At this time, it is unknown if he will regain use of his eye.

A second suspect, 25-year-old Gabriel Sanchez, has been arrested.
