DUNLAP, Calif. (KFSN) --Investigators are trying to figure out how a hang glider lost control of his aircraft and smashed into a rock face and died.
The Fresno County Sheriff's Office said a 69-year-old man died from his injuries after crashing in Dunlap. He somehow crashed into the hillside on his way down.
At this point, it appears to be an accident.
Deputies said he had 30 years of experience hang gliding and was with a large group of trained people at the time.
