Teen recovering after being shot in Central Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A teenager remains in the hospital after a late Friday night shooting.

Officers said they found the 15-year-old victim with several gunshot wounds to his upper body just north of Fresno City College. The teenager was conscious and talking when first responders got to him.

He told police he was with a friend when a car pulled up next to them. There was an argument, and the suspect got out of the car and opened fire, then took off.
