Manuel Servin, 32, entered a plea on three felony charges, including attempted and pre-meditated murder.

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Manuel Servin, 32, entered a plea on three felony charges, including attempted and pre-meditated murder. The judge set bail at $3 million and ordered him to stay away from his wife and the baby.

Investigators say Servin shot his wife in the head on Wednesday. She was seven months pregnant and doctors have already delivered the baby. The child is in good condition, but the mom is still in critical condition.

Servin was arrested after a standoff with police where he is also accused of shooting at officers. He will be back in court on Friday.
