FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The Central Valley 10-year-old who made national headlines after being told not to wear his "Make America Great Again" hat is happy about the new president elect.

Logan Autry was banned from wearing this hat to school because administrators said it was creating a safety concern on campus when other students starting bullying him.

Logan stayed up late Tuesday night to watch the election coverage. He said he woke up excited about the future of our country.

Logan has moved to a new school in Clovis. He said there he is able to wear his Trump shirt and even wear his hat outside of school hours.
