Students get hands on learning at CRMC

FRESNO, California (KFSN) -- Elementary students from Fresno got a lesson outside the classroom on Tuesday thanks to Community Regional Medical Center.

The hospital doubled as a classroom for the day as 5th and 6th graders from Birney Elementary got an eye opening experience. The program is a first of its kind. Students got an interactive tour and even got to dress the part!

Hospital CEO Craig Wagoner also joined in on the fun, taking the time to answer the tough questions from the students in scrubs.
