Man recovering after being shot multiple times in Selma

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A man was shot multiple times Sunday night in Selma, police said.

Authorities said the victim was riding his bicycle when several suspects in a white compact car drove up to him and shot him five times after exchanging words.

The victim, a man in his 30s, was transported to Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno where he is expected to survive.

Police are interviewing neighbors for suspect information and are investigating what led up to the shooting.
