Singers audition for chance to perform national anthem at Chukchansi Park

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Dozens of singers and musicians are hoping they'll be the next star to kick off a Fresno Grizzlies or Fuego game.

The second round of auditions took place at River Park Saturday for a chance to sing the national anthem at a 2017 home game.

From singers to trumpet players, to harmonizing groups - there was no shortage of talented performers.

Action News anchor Veronica Miracle served as one of the judges.
