Police searching for armed suspects who robbed Hanford Popeyes

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Police are still on the lookout for two armed robbers in Kings County Saturday.

Investigators say they hit a Popeyes restaurant in Hanford Friday night and held people inside at gunpoint. Police say they took off with a cash box from the register and dropped some bills as they ran away.

The suspects fired a round from their gun as the fled.

Detectives are looking at surveillance video to identify the suspects.
