2 people found shot to death in Clovis home

CLOVIS, Calif. (KFSN) -- Authorities found two people shot to death inside a condominium complex on Fowler and Tollhouse in Clovis on Friday.

Clovis police say someone frantically called 911 around 5 p.m. saying a man just shot a family member and was threatening to shoot himself. Officers arrived with tactical gear and tried to contact the people inside. They eventually made their way into the condo and found two adults dead.

Neighbors are distraught.

"I feel very sad," said Cheryl Davis. "He was a very nice man. I helped him carry his garbage occasionally. He was in failing health and wasn't very happy, but he was a very kind man."

The names of the people who died have not been released.
