FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Blackstone and Shaw avenues were shut down for several hours Sunday night after two police officers were involved in a crash.

Police say, just before 10 p.m. on Sunday, the officers were northbound in a patrol car when they collided with a black Nissan making a left turn.

The officers say they had the green light when they approached the intersection. It's unclear at this time who was at fault.

"We have City of Fresno policing cameras at the intersection of Blackstone and Shaw. Our collision reconstruction unit will be reviewing those cameras in an attempt to assist with the investigation," said Lt. Dave Ramos, Fresno Police Department.

No one was seriously injured. Both officers and the Nissan's driver were taken to the hospital as a precaution.
