Man arrested in Porterville for spreading nails around police and fire station
One man is under arrest accused of spreading piles of nails around a police department and fire station.

PORTERVILLE, Calif. (KFSN) -- One man is under arrest accused of spreading piles of nails around a police department and fire station.

Porterville police said they caught 57-year-old Phillip Robinson on surveillance video throwing the nails over the last two months.

Investigators believe he was trying to damage city vehicles, which they say he did more than $1,000 worth of damage.
