Tulare Police say 2-year-old victim of torture dies in hospital

TULARE , Calif. (KFSN) -- Tulare Police Department said they were notified by Valley Children's Hospital that the two year-old victim has died from his injuries.

Police said Edward Dias, Shania Alamillo, and Adraina Alamillo were arrested for attempted homicide and torture of a two-year-old.

Police also removed a 3-year-old from the home who also showed signs of abuse and is now in care of child welfare services.

All three suspects are now facing murder charges.
