Around 10 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to a check the welfare call at a home. When they arrived at the home, they found a man and woman who had both suffered fatal gunshot wounds.

Police are investigating the shootings as a possible homicide and say it does not appear random. They've identified the victims as 24-year-old Adriana Diaz and 27-year-old Jonathan Pena.

GoFundMe pages have been set up for them.

Family members say Diaz leaves behind three children and was a beautiful soul who was "humble, loving, and full of laughter."

A donor to Pena's page wrote that he was a funny and cool friend.

Pictures and candles have been placed outside the home on Cambridge Avenue, but no one answered when we knocked on the door. Police are asking anyone with information about the deaths to call them.
