Dinner and Wine Pairing for UCP of Central California

Chef Keith Allen is preparing delicious meals for a good cause. Allen and his wife Liz (ABC30 anchor) are hosting their annual Pulling Strings fundraiser for UCP of Central California.

The four-course wine pairing dinner will be held Friday, August 25th at The Falls Event Center in North Fresno. Allen is a board member of UCP of Central California. The non-profit organization helps students with disabilities.

"Being a chef, I decided to create a four-course food and wine pairing that would become a "Friend Raiser" to build awareness and hallmark the talents of the students at UCP of Central California."

The night includes food, wine, music and a silent auction. Art created by students will also be displayed. Allen and UCP of Central California Executive Director Roger Slingerman appeared on Valley Focus to share details about the cause and the "friend-raiser" with host Margot Kim.
