Flexibility is often overlooked because it is not a common calorie burning exercise. Flexibility should be an integral part of any exercise routine. A tight muscle can lead to imbalance in the body. Tight muscles can also limit range of motion which can contribute to injury.

Stretching regularly will help maintain mobility. It also helps improves daily tasks in life. To add a stretching routine to your workout all you need is 5 minutes.
