Visalia Police investigating shooting that sent one person to the hospital

VISALIA, Calif. (KFSN) -- Visalia Police are investigating a shooting that sent a man to the hospital. It happened around 2:45 Monday morning at Houston and Garden Streets after someone reported gunshots.

Police found the victim suffering from a single bullet wound. Ambulances rushed him to the hospital where his condition is not yet known.

Detectives are still looking for the suspect and a motive for the shooting.
