You can workout out anywhere and you don't need any equipment you just need motivation to keep moving. Today we are going to work in a cardio pace.

I like doing exercises that keep the body warm and stay in the fat burning stage. The exercises are basic moves but they are intense. There are plenty of crazy moves out there that are fun to watch, but not so easy to do.

I think by changing up your workout a couple times a week with no weights is important to burn body fat.

The no weight workout is a total body workout and is a intense cardio workout.

Some of the workouts you can do are:

Squat high knees

Squat Jumps

High Knees

Mountain climbers

Spider plank

Lunge and Reverse
