Man hospitalized after being struck by hit and run driver

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A man is in the hospital after he was hit by an SUV in Northwest Fresno. It happened just before 9 p.m. Saturday night near Blackstone and Gettysburg.

After hitting the man the driver took off. They are now searching for a gold SUV.

Police say the man is expected to be okay.
