Disney on Ice at Selland Arena

Disney on Ice presents 'Follow your Heart' at Selland Arena. The ice skating extravaganza features the beloved stories & characters from the smash hit animated movies Disney Pixar's 'Finding Dory' and 'Inside Out' for the first time in a live production. Plus see characters from Frozen, Cinderella, and Rapunzel--celebrate true friendship with Buzz Lightyear, Woody, and the Toy Story gang. Performances run through Monday evening and tickets start as low as $18.

Dog Show at Big Fresno Fairgrounds

The Big Fresno Fairgrounds will host two all-breed Sun Maid Kennel Club dog shows on Saturday and Sunday. Hours are 8 a.m.-5 p.m. each day. There will also be a rare breed dog show each day. Vendors will be there selling items for people and their pets. Admission is free, and they are asking for a $5 donation for parking.

Johnny Cash Tribute

A tribute to the legend Johnny Cash Saturday night at 8 p.m. at Fresno City College Auditorium. A fun night for the whole family with all your favorite cash tunes. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the ram pantry program at Fresno City College. General seating tickets start at $20.

Madera Academic Decathlon

Madera County Superintendent of schools will host the 36th annual academic decathlon on Saturday. This year's topic is Africa. The super quiz begins at 3:00 p.m. followed by a reception and awards ceremony at Madera South High School. The public is invited to attend and root for these very smart high school students.
