FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Four Central Valley veterans who have faced challenges since serving in the military graduated Thursday afternoon from Veterans Treatment Court (VTC).
The program, which started back in June of 2016, has had nearly 30 participants. ON Thursday, four of them accepted completion awards after committing to 12 to 18 months of treatment.
Navy Veteran Michael Lawrence joined VTC after getting two DUIs and says the program has changed his life.
